Dr Neeshel Patel
I have 10 years of experience working as a dentist. After qualifying in 2008 at Guy's King's and St Thomas', I went on to complete a 2-year post as a Senior House Officer at King's College London Hospital and also obtained my membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons (England). Soon after, I decided to move to sunnier climates to Australia where I gained a wealth of experience working for 6 years at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne and in private practice. I was lucky enough over the years to do some dental volunteer work overseas in Vietnam, Cambodia, Morocco and the Philippines. I aim to provide high-quality dental care for all my patients in a calm, relaxing and friendly environment. I have a keen interest in treating anxious patients and children and aim to help them forget their dental phobias.
Outside of the clinic, you will often find me climbing a mountain, running, at a fitness class or relaxing with some yoga. I spend the remainder of my time baking and spending time with my loved ones- my family and friends.
Dr Eman Lavasani
I qualified as a dental surgeon in 2015 in Devon. Following this, I spent a year in a picturesque village in Cornwall treating the local community from all walks of life. From this experience, I have further developed a number of skills and techniques that have proven to be very useful. I find my work greatly rewarding and I am confident that I am able to put my patients at ease when carrying out a variety of treatments. When not in surgery, I enjoy socialising with family and friends and partaking in a number of sports activities.

I have been involved with dentistry in excess of 25 years now and love the job as much now as I did then. Having started out as a dental nurse, I went on to gain additional qualifications as an Oral Health Educator. In July 2013 I graduated from the University of Kent with a BSc (Hons) degree in primary dental care and since then have enjoyed promoting higher education to all dental care professionals (DCPs).
In addition to this I graduated in July 2017 with a distinct MSc in Advanced Specialist Healthcare.
As a founder member of identics I have the pleasure of being the clinical manager here and look after our wonderful team of dentists, therapists, hygienists, Oral Health Educators, treatment co-ordinator, nurses and receptionists.

I trained at the Defence Dental School in 2000. Whilst working for the Armed Forces I have worked in various locations within the U.K, In addition to Northern Ireland and Germany.
Whilst In Germany I worked closely with several specialists including orthodontists, implant and periodontal specialists which has increased my experience over my career.
In Germany, my other responsibilities included being the lead hygienist which involved the review of clinical efficiency and working practices of all the hygienists, ensuring standards were maintained and good levels of patient care were being carried out.
I have now been working in private practice for 4 years and have taken an interest in working with nervous patients offering a calming and empathetic approach to hygiene treatment.
Out of work, I am very keen on keeping fit and taking on new fitness challenges, my interests include running, swimming and athletic coaching in my spare time.

I discovered a love of dentistry while working as a Dental Nurse in general practice, which gave me a very good understanding of the field. After a number of years, I decided to follow the Dental pathway further in order to continue developing myself. I applied to King's College Hospital to study for Diplomas in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy and graduated in 2017. While studying I attended hygiene, restorative, paediatric, orthodontic clinics which have all helped to develop and hone my skill set.
In practice, I have an approach that is both personable and professional, as well as empathetic. I enjoy helping my patients to tailor their oral hygiene regime, in addition to carrying out thorough treatment as necessary, all within a calm and relaxed environment.
Outside of dentistry, I enjoy seeing my family and friends regularly, going to the theatre, art exhibitions and practising yoga.

I am a dental nurse at the practice with a special interest and post certificate qualification in dental radiography. I began working here in March 2013 and immediately felt welcomed by the great team here at identics.
I enjoy every aspect of my career. However, interacting with the patients and making them feel at ease is an element of the job I particularly enjoy.
In addition to this, I form part of the implant team here, working closely with our implantologist Raj.
Sam Gurr
I started dental nursing in 2001, and qualified from the National Board of Dental Nurses in 2003. I have worked in 3 different dental practices until I left to have my children in 2009. After a 6 year break and 2 children I knew it was time to return to dental nursing - a profession I thoroughly enjoy.
In 2015 I was offered a job at Identics, which I happily accepted. It was a great opportunity to retrain as a dental nurse and further my career with the support of a great team and look forward to new and exciting challenges in the future.

I feel very lucky to have recently been invited to join this very warm, friendly and very professional team at Identics.
Having worked in dentistry for over 30 years, I am a very loyal team player who really cares, with a broad range of experience in nursing, reception and management but my passion is dental nursing. I love caring for my patients, especially those who are anxious, putting them at ease and making their dental experience as enjoyable as possible.
My hobbies outside dentistry include Ceroc dancing, cycling, paddle boarding and spending time with my family and friends.

My job role at the practice is receptionist which mean I can be found on either the front desk or in our patient consultation area. I've had the pleasure of being part of the identics team since 2016 and have loved being here ever since. I particularly enjoy greeting our patients and being here to calm any fears, answer questions and help make treatment possible.
Lisa Easom
I joined the Identics team in 2020 as a receptionist; having worked in dentistry for many years. I qualified as a dental nurse in 2005 then qualified in dental radiography in 2006, and I am currently retraining in order to work as a dental nurse again when needed alongside reception.
I enjoy meeting and helping patients and will do all I can to make your visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my son and husband, walking, reading and cooking.

I am the newest member of the reception team and started my journey here at identics in July 2019. Although I have only been here a short time I have been made to feel so welcome by both the team and the patients. I enjoy being one of the first people to greet the patients and try my utmost to make them feel at ease. Working here has hugely improved my confidence and I am excited to see how the role will enable me to develop myself both personally and professionally.
